Who is responsible

Moltke Benjaminsen ApS (CVR 45555399, Denmark) owns and runs Gamaroo and is the data controller for it. Questions about your data go to chris@moltkebenjaminsen.com.

What we collect

Gamaroo has no accounts and asks for no personal details. Like every website, the servers that deliver it receive the technical data each request carries: your IP address, browser and device, the page requested and the time. We use it only to deliver the site, keep it working and protect it from abuse (our legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and keep it for no longer than 30 days.

Game progress

Games may keep your progress and settings in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and is not sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it. Write to chris@moltkebenjaminsen.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).

Children

Gamaroo is meant for players aged 13 and over and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We will post any change to this policy here, with a new date at the top.
